New Employee Training:

We will provide you with systematic and standardized induction training to help you quickly familiarize yourself with the company, integrate into our united and friendly team. I. Objectives of New Employee Induction Training
To help new employees integrate into the company and the team as soon as possible, and adapt to their own jobs better and faster, induction training is mandatory for new employees after they report to the company. The training can provide new employees with accurate and relevant information about the company and their respective positions, boost their morale, help them understand the company's rules and regulations, job responsibilities, corporate culture, performance system and reward/punishment system, and enable them to get familiar with colleagues at work. It can also reduce the tension of new employees when they first join the company, make them adapt to the company faster, let them feel the company's welcome and experience a sense of belonging.
II. Three Phases of Induction Training
① Within 2 weeks of onboarding, the Human Resources Center will uniformly conduct comprehensive corporate knowledge training for new employees, including company overview introduction, corporate culture explanation, familiarization with company rules and regulations, company's management policies and development goals, company organizational structure, etc.
② Departmental Training: On the second day of onboarding, new employees report to their departments. The department head, on behalf of all department employees, welcomes the new employees, introduces the working environment, helps them get to know other department employees, provides office supplies, and explains the existing department structure, department responsibilities, employee job duties, department-related systems, processes and forms.
③ Company-Wide Centralized Training (conducted regularly every month by the Human Resources Center and heads of various departments jointly): The training content mainly includes professional knowledge training and job skill training for specific positions.

On-the-Job Training:

I. Objectives of On-the-Job Employee Training
1. Meet the company's development requirements: Improve the technical level, overall quality and professionalism of current company employees, and form good professional ethics.

Meet employees' own development needs: Through training, improve employees' relevant skills to help them enhance work confidence, motivate them to apply these skills in their jobs, increase their role in the team, and enable each individual to not only take on independent responsibilities, thereby promoting the department to efficiently achieve various objectives.
